Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز الاستراتجيات المختلفة التي انتهجتها الدول المتقدمة في مجال تنمية أقاليمها الحدودية، والتي يمكن للجزائر أن تقتبس منها ما يتناسب وخصوصية مناطاقها الحدودية التي تمتاز بشساعة المساحة وتنوع واختلاف الطبيعة من صحراء، ساحل، هضاب. ولعل أبرز النماذج التنموية العالمية للمناطق الحدودية التجربة الصينية، التي قدمت درسا مفيدا وملهما لكل دول العالم التي يعاني سكانها من الفقر وبالأخص الدول العربية ومنها الجزائر. Abstract: This paper is intended to highlight the various strategies adopted by developed countries in the development of their border territories, from which Algeria can quote the characteristics and characteristics of its border zones, which are characterized by the ubiquity of space and the diversity and diversity of nature from the desert, coast and hills.
