أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي في الجزائر - دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2000-2016) -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثار تقلبات أسعار النفط على المتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي في الجزائر، والمتمثلة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP)، الموازنة العامة، الميزان التجاري والبطالة خلال الفترة من2000 الى2016، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الجزائري اقتصاد يتميز بالتبعية للقطاع النفطي استنادا إلى النسب المتوصل إليها. ان تقلبات أسعار النفط تؤثر مباشرة على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وكذلك على مستوى رصيد الميزان التجاري وبالتالي فهي تؤثر على نسبة الإيرادات ومنه على الميزانية العامة، أما بالنسبة للبطالة فاتضح أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين تقلبات أسعار النفط ومستويات التشغيل في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، وبالتالي فإن تغيرات أسعار النفط تؤثر بطبيعة الحال على متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي في الجزائر Abstract: The study aims to know the effects of oil price fluctuations on the macroeconomic variables in Algeria, the variables are The gross domestic product (GDP), the general budget, the trade balance and unemployment during the period from 2000 to 2016. using the analytical method. The study concluded that the Algerian economy is an economy characterized by dependency on the oil sector, based on the percentages reached. The fluctuations in oil prices directly affect the gross domestic product as well as the level of the balance of the trade balance and therefore they affect the proportion of revenue and from it on the general budget, As for unemployment, it became clear that there is an inverse relationship between fluctuations in oil prices and employment levels in Algeria during the study period, Therefore oil prices changes effect on the macroeconomic variables in Algeria.
