Résumé: Our memorandum was concerned with the study of legal and commercial articles related to money companies in Algerian legislation, which is one of the topics organized by the Algerian legislator, both in terms of its provisions or procedures in civil and commercial law. The termination of the money companies entails a mandatory procedure represented in the liquidation of the lapsed company to settle its position by the liquidator. Therefore, the Algerian legislator ordered that the legal personality of the company remain in the process of liquidation, and when the latter ends and determines the net funds of the company, the process of dividing between the partners and rebalancing the legal positions of the company, partners and others takes place .
