Résumé: Résumé : L’intelligence Economique (IE) est un mode de gouvernance basé sur la maîtrise et l'exploitation de l'information stratégique pour créer de la valeur ajoutée et durable dans une organisation. Elle se décline en veille et production d'information, la protection du patrimoine informationnel et l'action volontariste sur l'environnement ou l'influence afin de renforcer la compétitivité. Au début des années 2000, l’Algérie a officiellement adopté l'IE. Depuis lors, la pratique de l'IE sur le terrain est restée absente et a connu un énorme retard. De nombreuses recherches ont été consacrées à la découverte des causes, ou le constat était que le système national d'information et de communication reste fragile et mal alimenté en données. Dans cet article nous nous concentrons sur cette vulnérabilité en essayant de donner notre vision pour que l'Algérie puisse pallier le manque criant d'information. La numérisation et l'administration électronique s'avèrent être une solution pour la production d'informations et la construction d'une mémoire nationale exploitable. Le recours aux TIC nous donnera une grande capacité dans la collecte, le traitement et l'analyse des données (internes et externes) en s'appuyant sur les techniques du Big data et de l'intelligence artificielle. Abstract: Economic Intelligence (EI) is a governance mode based on the mastery and use of strategic information to create added and lasting value in an organization. It comes in information monitoring and production, the protection of information assets and proactive action on the environment or influence in order to strengthen competitiveness. In the early 2000s, Algeria officially adopted EI. Since then, the practice of EI in the field has remained absent and suffered a huge delay. Much research has been devoted to discovering the causes, where the observation was that the national information and communication system remains fragile and poorly supplied with data. In this article we focus on this vulnerability by trying to give our vision so that Algeria can overcome the glaring lack of information. Digitization and electronic administration are proving to be a solution for the information production and the construction of an exploitable national memory. The use of ICT will give us a great capacity in the collection; processing and analysis of data (internal and external) based on Big data and artificial intelligence techniques.
