محددات المقاولاتية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية 2000-2019

Résumé: نظرا لأهمية المقاولاتية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرص العمل والابتكار، أدى ذلك إلى اهتمام الباحثين وصناع القرار من مختلف المستويات البحث في العوامل التي يمكن أن يكون لها تأثير على مستوى النشاط المقاولاتي. وبناءا على هذا نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحث في تأثير العوامل الاقتصادية ممثلة في (الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، التضخم، البطالة، الحرية المالية، النشاط الزراعي، قطاع الخدمات) على ديناميكيات النشاط المقاولاتي في الجزائر، خلال الفترة (2000-2019) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ايجابي ومعنوي لكل من الحرية المالية والبطالة على النشاط المقاولاتي (العمل للحساب الخاص)، ووجود أثر ايجابي غير معنوي لمؤشر النشاط الزراعي و قطاع الخدمات على المقاولاتية، في حين كان للتضخم أثر سلبي غير معنوي على المقاولاتية في الجزائر Abstract : Given the importance of entrepreneurship for the economic development، job creation and innovation have increased the concerns of researchers and decision makers at different levels for the understanding of the factors that could have an impact on the level of entrepreneurial activity. Starting from those stated above، through this paper we aim to investigate the impact ،economic factors on the dynamics of entrepreneurial activity in Algeria in the period from 2000 – 2019 using the model of self- regressions distributed time gaps (ARDL). The empirical results obtained show that There is a positive and significant impact of both financial freedom and unemployment on the entrepreneurial activity (self-employment) There is a positive effect and not significant of the agricultural activity index and the service, sector on entrepreneurship, while inflation had a negative impact and non significant on entrepreneurship in Algeria.
