الإعلام الجديد: المفهوم، المداخل النظرية، نظرة في الخصائص والعوامل التي تميزه عن الإعلام التقليدي، وطبيعة الفروق بينهما.

Résumé: يعتبر الإعلام الجديد وسيلة لنشر العلم وتعميم المعرفة، وتثبيت القيم والسلوكيات والعادات والممارسات، وتحقيق الرفاهية على مستوى التواصل الثقافي والحضاري والاجتماعي والإنساني بين الأفراد والمجموعات والشعوب، وتحقيق المساواة الاتصالية والإعلامية بين الجميع. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المداخل النظرية التي ساهمت في تفسير الإعلام الجديد من مختلف الزوايا، والتطرق إلى العوامل الرئيسة لظهوره بالإضافة إلى الخصائص والفروق التي تميزه عن الإعلام التقليدي والتي جعلته الأكثر استعمالا وطلبا من قبل الأفراد والمجموعات والدول. The new media is a means of disseminating knowledge, establishing values, behaviors, customs and practices, and achieving well-being at the level of cultural, civilizational, social and humanitarian communication among individuals, groups and peoples and achieving communication and media equality among all. This study seeks to reveal the theoretical approaches that contributed to the interpretation of the new media from various angles, and to address the main factors of its emergence in addition to the characteristics and differences that distinguish it from the traditional media, which made it the most used and requested by individuals, groups and countries.
