إسقاط الأجنة المصابة بأمراض وتشوهات وراثية بين الفقه والطب الحديث

Résumé: تلعب الهندسة الوراثية دورا هاما في فحص الجنين داخل الرحم‏، وذلك لبيان ما إذا كان الجنين ‏مصابا بأمراض وراثية أو تشوهات خلقية‏، حيث تتسبب هذه الأمراض في إصابة جينات معينة داخل جسم ‏الجنين‏، وقد تصاب هذه الجينات نتيجة عوامل خارجية تحيط بالمرأة الحامل‏، الأمر الذي يؤثر على الجنين ‏أو صحة المرأة الحامل أثناء فترة الحمل. ويلاحظ أن التشوهات والأمراض الوراثية مختلفة ولا تمثل نوعا ‏واحدا‏، كما تختلف درجاتها بحسب درجة خطورتها‏، وتتباين بحسب درجة الخلل وتأثيره على الجنين‏، ‏بالإضافة إلى نوع المرحلة التي يظهر فيها التشوه؛ الأمر الذي أدى إلى اختلاف حكم إجهاض الجنين إذا ‏ثبتت إصابته بتشوه أو انتقال مرض وراثي خطير لديه.‏ Abstract:‎ The genetic engineering plays a great role in the fetus inside the uterus, in order to show ‎whether the fetus is injured by a hereditary disease or congenital abnormalities; where these ‎diseases are the cause in the injury of specific genes within the body of the fetus, these genes ‎may have been infected with as a result of external factors surrounding the pregnant woman, ‎the deed which affects the fetus or the health of the pregnant woman during the period of ‎pregnancy. And it is noticed that the defects and the genetic diseases are different and do not ‎represent a single type, as their degrees vary according to the degree of their danger and they ‎are controversial as the degree of their imbalance and their impacts on the fetus; besides the ‎type of the stage where the deformity appears, the case that it has led to the differenced on ‎the fetus abortion’s ruling, if proved its deformation or the transition of a serious genetic ‎disease into it.‎
