دور التكوين الإداري في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية بالمؤسسة الرياضية - دراسة مرتكزة على البعد الاقتصادي من منظور النظرية العلمية للإدارة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور تكوين وتدريب الموظفين وانعكاس ذلك على الفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسات الرياضية، وذلك من منظور النظرية العلمية للإدارة وبالتركيز على البعد الاقتصادي للفعالية التنظيمية الذي يظهر من وجهة نظر المسيرين والمساهمين وأصحاب المصالح بنسبة اكبر من خلال الاهتمام بمكانة وتطور المؤسسة في قطاع النشاط ودرجة تحقيـق أهـدافها This study aims to clarify the role of the training of employees and its impact on the organizational effectiveness of sports institutions, from the perspective of the scientific theory of management, focus on the economic dimension of organizational effectiveness, which emerges from the point of view of the facilitators, contributors and stakeholders to a greater extent by paying attention to the status and development of the institution in the sector of activity and the degree of achievement of its objectives.
