تحديات الأمن و السلم الدوليين في ظل التغيرات المناخية

Résumé: ركز البحث على ابراز مختلف التحديات التــــــــــــــــــــــي تواجه الأمن و السلم الدوليين في مواجهة التغيرات المناخيـــــة و الجهود المبذولة دوليــــــــا أو إقليميـــــــــــــــــــــــــا لتخطيهـــا و الخروج منهـــــــــــــا، و يجيب البحث اتسام تلك الظاهرة أي التغيرات المناخية بالأزمة الأمنية ،محـــــــللا للإشكاليـــــــــــــــــة المتعلقة بواقع السلم و الأمن الدولييـــــــن في مواجهــــــــــــــة التغيرات المناخية إلى أي مدى تبدو الجهود المبذولة لإدارة التغيرات المناخية كافية . فاعتمدنا افتراض ''تطرح التغيرات المناخية تحديات كبيرة على المستوى الدولي أمـــــــــــــــاـم ضعف جهود إدارتهــــا ما جعل السلم و الأمن الدوليين على المـــحك ، و هدف إلى ابانة أهميـــــــــــــــة الحفاظ على السلم و الأمن الدولييـــــــــــن ، و من ثم تفادي كل ما من شأنه المس باستقرار الشعوب ، لتأتي التغيرات المناخية. كهاجس و تحدي أمام استقرار الشعوب ، و تحقيقا استخدمنا المنهج الوصفــــــــــــــــي و المنهـــــــــج التحليلي الذي يركــــــــــــــز على تحليل فحوى التحديات الأمنية للتغيرات المناخيــــــــــــــــــــــــــــة و الجهود المبذولة حيالها . The research focuses on highlighting the various challenges facing international peace and security in the face of climate change and the efforts made internationally or regionally to overcome them. The research addresses the phenomenon of climate change as a security crisis, analyzing the issue related to the reality of international peace and security in confronting climate change and to what extent the efforts made to manage climate change seem sufficient. We adopted the hypothesis that "climate change presents significant challenges at the international level due to weak management efforts, putting international peace and security at risk." The aim is to demonstrate the importance of maintaining international peace and security and thus avoiding anything that could destabilize populations. Climate change emerges as a major concern and challenge to the stability of nations. To achieve this, we used the descriptive method and the analytical method, focusing on analyzing the security challenges posed by climate change and the efforts made to address them.
