التمويل الاستبدالي للوقف كآلية لتفعيل دوره الاقتصادي –إشارة إلى حالة الوقف بالجزائر-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع الأوقاف في الجزائر، من خلال التركيز على أن عملية استبدال أصول وعقارات أو حتى منقولات وقفية مهتلكة فقدت قيمتها ببعض الأموال الوقفية الجديدة أصبح ضرورة حتى نتمكن من استغلال أفضل لها في جميع المجالات من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يتم تفعيل أكبر لدور الأوقاف في الجزائر. This study aims to identify the reality of wakfs in Algeria, by focusing on the fact that the process of replacement of assets and real estate or of depreciation of movable endowments having lost their value by new wakfs funds endowment has become a necessity so that we can better use them in all areas on the one hand and on the other hand. A greater activation of the role of wakfs endowments in Algeria.
