Résumé: يهدف البحث للتعرف على المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية ودورها في حماية حقوق الأطفال في القانون الدولي أثناء النزاعات المسلحة. اتبع البحث المنهج الإستقرائي والوصفي والتحليلي، تكمن مشكلة البحث في, ما دور المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية في الحد من إنتهاك حقوق الأطفال في القانون الدولي؟ وإلى أي مدى ساهمت تلك المنظمات في حماية الأطفال في وقت السلم وأثناء النزاعات المسلحة؟ أهم نتائج البحث أن المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية تلعب دوراً كبيراً في حماية وإغاثة الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة،يوصي الباحث الدول المعنية أن تخفض من الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية التي تقيد عمل المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية خاصة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة للإستفادة القصوى منها. Abstract The research aims to identify international NGOs and their role in protecting children's rights in international law during armed conflict. The research problem lies in, what is the role of international NGOs in reducing the violation of children's rights in international law? To what extent have those organizations contributed to the protection of children in peacetime and during armed conflict? The most important findings of the research are that international NGOs play a major role in the protection and relief of children during armed conflict, The researcher recommends that the countries concerned reduce the legal and administrative procedures that restrict the work of international NGOs, especially during armed conflicts, to make the most of them.
