واقع التحكم في مهارات الانترنت واستخدام وسائل الإعلام والاتصال لدى الأمّهات الجزائريات حسب قاعدة معطيات المسح العنقودي المتعدد المؤشرات المنجز في الجزائر سنة 2019

Résumé: ملخص: تشهد الأسرة في عصرنا هذا تطورا في عدة اتجاهات، بما في ذلك استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، حيث عمّ جميع أفراد الأسرة الأبوين والأبناء الكبار والصغار، في مختلف أنحاء العالم بشكل عام، ودون شك فإن الأسر العربية والجزائرية بوجه الخصوص مسّتها هذه الظاهرة العصرية. تكمن نتائج استخدام وسائل الإعلام والاتصال، في شقّين ايجابي وسلبي، دون أن ننسى قضاء ساعات طوال في استعمال الانترنت، في الحياة اليومية حيث يُقدم الأفراد في اقتناء هواتف مزودة بخدمة الانترنت على الأقل. تلعب الأم إلى جانب الأب دورا هاما في بناء الأسرة، نظرا للأعمال اليومية التي تقوم بها، من طبخ وغسل وتنظيف إلى تربية الأبناء وحمايتهم، بغض النظر عن مستواها التعليمي أو منطقة إقامتها، أو حتى إن كانت ماكثة في البيت أو تمارس نشاطا اقتصاديا، حيث شهدت الأمهات كذلك ارتفاع نسبة استعمالهن لوسائل الإعلام والاتصال، واستخدام الانترنت فمثلا في الجزائر تستعمل الأمهات حوالي 55.4% الانترنت في المناطق الحضرية، وما نسبته 29.4% في المناطق الريفية، في حين تستعمل حوالي 65.5% من الأمهات الانترنت وأعمارهن ما بين 20سنة و24 سنة في الجزائر كذلك. سنحاول في مداخلتنا هذه تسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع من خلال متابعة واستدراج واقع استخدام الانترنت وتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال للأمهات في الجزائر بصفتها عنصرا هاما في بناء الأسرة، من خلال قاعدة معطيات المسح العنقودي المتعدد المؤشرات بالجزائر المنجز سنة 2019، وذلك بإجراء دراسة وصفية تحليلية لنسب استعمال الانترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للأمهات في الجزائر، ومحاولة إيجاد العلاقة بين المتغيرات الاجتماعية (المستوى الثقافي للأم، مكان الإقامة، عمر الأم، والنشاط الاقتصادي للأمهات) واستخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، بتطبيق الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة. Abstract: In our time, the family is witnessing development in several directions, including the use of information and communication technology, as it has spread to all members of the family, parents and children, adults and children, in various parts of the world in general, and without a doubt, Arab and Algerian families in particular have been affected by this modern phenomenon. The results of using media and communication lie in two parts, positive and negative, without forgetting spending long hours using the Internet in daily life, as individuals tend to acquire phones equipped with at least Internet service. The mother plays an important role alongside the father in building the family, due to the daily work she performs, from cooking, washing, and cleaning to raising and protecting the children, regardless of her educational level or area of residence, or even if she stays at home or engages in economic activity, as she witnessed Mothers also have a high percentage of their use of media, communication, and the Internet. For example, in Algeria, about 55.4 % of mothers use the Internet in urban areas, and 29.4 % in rural areas, while about 65.5 % use the Internet. Of mothers on the Internet and their ages between 20 and 24 years in Algeria as well. In our intervention, we will try to shed light on this topic by following up and examining the reality of mothers’ use of the Internet and information and communication technology in Algeria as an important element in family building, through the database of the multiple indicator cluster survey in Algeria completed in 2019, by conducting a descriptive and analytical study of the rates of Internet use. And social media for mothers in Algeria, and an attempt to find the relationship between social variables (the mother’s cultural level, place of residence, mother’s age, and mothers’ economic activity) and the use of information and communication technology, by applying appropriate statistical tests.
