التجارة الالكترونية بين التطبيق و المأمول-دراسة حالة الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على أهمية التجارة الالكترونية و تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و واقع تطبيقها في الجزائر و مدى تأثيرها على الاقتصاد الوطني ، و كذا مناقشة أهم أبرز التحديات و المعوقات التي تحول دون التوسع في انتشار و تطوير التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر، و استعراض أهم المجالات التي يؤمل من الجزائر أن تستفيد من تطبيقات التجارة الالكترونية فيها ، و توصلنا في الأخير أن الجزائر تعاني من تدني كبير في نسبة استخدام التجارة الالكترونية ،و يعود سبب هذا التعثر لضعف واضح في المؤشرات الغير مباشرة للتجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر و المتعلقة أساسا بالبنية التقنية للاتصالات و المعلومات ، فرغم أن هذه البنية شهدت تطورات كبيرة خلال الفترة الأخيرة لكنها مازالت دون المستوى المطلوب و الكافي لتطبيق التجارة الالكترونية سواء من حيث الانتشار أو الجودة أو التكاليف Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the importance of electronic commerce and information and communication technology and the reality of its application in Algeria and the extent of its impact on the national economy, as well as discuss the most important challenges and constraints that prevent the expansion of the spread and development of electronic commerce in Algeria, and review the most important areas It is hoped that Algeria will benefit from the applications of electronic commerce, and we have finally concluded that Algeria suffers from a significant decline in the proportion of the use of electronic commerce, and the reason for this stumbling is due to a clear weakness in indirect indicators of electronic commerce in Algeria, mainly related to Despite the fact that this structure has witnessed great developments during the recent period, it is still below the required level and sufficient for the application of e-commerce, in terms of penetration, quality or cost.
