Résumé: ملخص البحث:- يتناول هذا البحث موضوع تخريج الفروع الفقهية على القواعد الأصولية ، وذلك من جهة النشأة والتطور و التصنيف، مع دراسة منهجية تقويمية بالتحليل والتمثيل لمنجزات هذا الفن ودوره في عملية بعث حركة الاجتهاد الفقهي المنضبطة بالأصول والقواعد، وقد كشفت المؤلفات التي أنجزت في هذا الحقل عن مدى أهمية هذا الفن وارتباطه الوثيق بالقواعد والأصول التشريعية ، مع المنهجية العالية والرصينة التي سلكتها هذه المصنفات في معالجة موضوع التخريج على صعوبته و دقة مجاله وبحثه..
