استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى التلامذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا
Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف على مستوى استراتيجيات المواجهة ضغوط النفسية لدى تلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا، والمتمثلة في حل المشكل، المواجهة الفعالة، البحث عن السند، تجنب المواجهة، المواجهة الانفعالية والتي الهدف منها الخفض من حدة التوتر والضيق التي يتعرضون لها في المواقف الحياتية الضاغطة انطلاقا من الفرضيات التالية: - نتوقع ارتفاع في مستوى استراتيجيات مواجهة ضغوط النفسية لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا. - تختلف درجات قياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا باختلاف الجنس. - تختلف درجات قياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا باختلاف الشعبة. وللإجابة عن هذه الفرضيات إعتمدناعلى المنهج على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي بتطبيق مقياس استراتيجيات المواجهة من إعداد الباحثة "واكلي بديعة" على عينة قدرها على 06 تلميذ (ذكور واناث) لغرض معرفة أكثر الاستراتيجيات استخداما بتدخل المتغيرات التالية: الجنس والشعبة الدراسية وتمت معالجة المعطيات وفق برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية الإحصائية ( )SPSSوخلصت الدراسة إلى أن: - إلى أن مستوى استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط مرتفع لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا. - لا يوجد اختلاف في درجات قياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا باختلاف الجنس. - لا يوجد اختلاف في درجات قياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على شهادة البكالوريا باختلاف الشعبةج ملخص باللغة الأجنبية The present study aims at uncovering the level of coping strategies of students who have a baccalaureate degree in solving problem, effective confrontation, seeking support, avoidance of confrontation, emotional confrontation, which aim to reduce the tension and distress they are exposed to in stressful life situations Based on the following assumptions: -We expect a rise in the level of strategies to face the psychological pressure of students who are coming on the baccalaureate. -The degree of measurement of strategies to face the psychological pressure of students coming to the baccalaureate degree of different sex. -The degree of measurement of strategies to face the psychological pressure of students coming on the baccalaureate degree different division. In order to address these hypotheses, the methodology was based on the descriptive descriptive approach to the application of the face-to-face data collection test by Wakely Badea on a sample of 60 students (males and females). Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) The study concluded that: -The level of stress management strategies is high for students who have a baccalaureate degree. -There is no difference in the degree of measurement strategies to meet the psychological pressure of students who are on the baccalaureate degree of different sex. -There is no difference in the degree of measurement strategies to meet the psychological pressure of students who are on the baccalaureate degree different division
