Résumé: ملخص: حظيت القبيلة بمكانة أساسية في بناء المجتمع المغربي في العصر الوسيط، لكنها لم تتمكن من تأسيس كيان متماسك وهو ما يعرف بالدولة، إلاّ في ظروف معيّنة وبشروط محدّدة، وقد شهدت بلاد المغرب الإسلامي في نهاية النصف الأول وبداية النصف الثاني للقرن الثاني الهجري، تأسيس مجموعة من الدول المستقلة عن الخلافة في المشرق، ومن هذه الدول نذكر الدولة الرستمية الإباضية، فكيف تمكن المجتمع الرستمي القبلي الذي تساوت فيه العصبيات أن يؤسس دولة مذهبية؟ وينفتح على مذاهب وعصبيات مختلفة؟ وهل استطاع أن يحافظ على تماسكه مع ضعف الوازع الذي كان سببا في وجوده؟ Abstract: In the middle ages, tribes played an important role in the construction of Moroccan society In the Middle Ages, but they could not establish a coherent entity, that is, the state, except under certain circumstances and conditions, At the end of the first half and the beginning of the second half for the second century AH, the Islamic Maghreb established a group of countries independent of the Caliph, Among these countries, we mention the Ibadi Rustamiya state , So, how did the equal rural tribal society of tribalism (alassabia) establish a sectarian state?And he is open to different theories and prejudices?
