Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على البعد البيئي في مبادئ القانون الدولي الانساني اثناء النزاعات المسلحة ، على اعتبار ان النزاعات المسلحة لم تعد مقصورة على الحاق الضرر بالإنسان وممتلكاته بل اصبح الامر يتجاوز ذلك الى تدمير البيئة الطبيعية ،خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي في مجال التسلح ،وهنا يأتي دور القانون الدولي الانساني الذي يحتوي على مبادئ تتعلق بحماية البيئة والبحث في مدى كفاية هذه المبادئ والنصوص القانونية المتعلقة بها Abstract: This paper aims to shed light on the environmental dimension in the principles of international humanitarian law during armed conflicts given that the effects of armed conflicts do not harm people and their property only it goes beyond that to the destruction of the natural environment. Especially in light of the technological development in the field of armaments. Here comes the role of international humanitarian law which contains principles related to the protection of the environment .and research into the adequacy texts related to them in order to preserve the environment.
