دور مؤثري مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تحقيق تموقع المنتج السياحي المحلي -دراسة تحليلية للمواطن الجزائري-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الخصائص التي يتميز بها مؤثري مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومعرفة مدى مساهمة وتأثير هذه الخصائص على تموقع المنتج السياحي المحلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان، وقد ارتكزت الدراسة على عينة قدرت بــ 262 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتم استعمال البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة وتحليل النتائج. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لمؤثري مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مجموعة من الخصائص تتمثل في (الشهرة، المصداقية، المحتوى والخبرة) وهي تؤثر وتساهم في تموقع المنتج السياحي المحلي لدى المواطن الجزائري، فمن خلالها تتكون لديه صورة جيدة عن المنتجات السياحية التي يعرضها المؤثرين، مما يجعله يرغب في تجربتها. This study aims to know the most important characteristics of social media influencers, and to know the extent of the contribution and impact of these characteristics on the positioning of the local tourism product, as the data was collected based on the study tool represented in the questionnaire. And used the (SPSS) to test the study hypotheses and analyze the results. The study concluded that social media influencers have a set of characteristics (fame, credibility, content and experience) and they affect and contribute to the positioning of the local tourism product for the Algerian citizen, through which he has a good image of the tourism products offered by the influencers, which made him want to try it out.
