وضعية حقوق الإنسان في الدول العربية: قراءة في مؤشر الحرية 2018

Résumé: ملخص تشهد المنطقة العربية تدهورا في أوضاع حقوق الإنسان في العديد من الدول، الأمر الذي يجعلها عرضة لتهديد التدخل الخارجي في إطار التدخل الإنساني. و هو ما تجمع عليه معظم التقارير الدولية المختصة في قضايا حقوق الإنسان و الحريات على غرار تقرير الحرية في العالم الذي تعده مؤسسة دار الحرية freedom house حيث تحصلت معظم الدول العربية على مؤشرات متدنية فيما يتعلق بالحقوق السياسية و الحريات المدنية خلال سنة 2017 الأمر الذي يدفعنا للتساؤل حول مسببات هذا الوضع الحقوقي و رهاناته المستقبلية؟. Abstract: The Arab region is witnessing a decline in the human rights situation in many countries, which makes it vulnerable to the threat of external intervention in the context of humanitarian causes. Accordingly most of the international reports dealing with human rights and freedom has agreed on this bad situation, such as the Freedom of the World report prepared by the Freedom House, this report pointed out that Most of the Arab countries have received low indicators of political rights and civil liberties in 2017, so what are the causes of this human rights situation and its future Indicators?.
