Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التعديلات الاحترازية الجديدة لبازل 3 على كفاية رأس المال في البنوك التقليدية والبنوك الإسلامية، بناء على دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية لثلاث دول: السعودية، البحرين، ماليزيا، وخلال الفترة 2010-2021، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير مباشر لمعايير لجنة بازل في طبعتها الثالثة على معدلات كفاية رأس المال للبنوك، وخصوصا البنوك الإسلامية. كما أثبتت الدراسة التطبيقية أن تحسن جودة ونوعية رأس مال البنوك بفعل مقررات بازل3 أدى إلى تحسن الأداء المالي لها وتعزيز قدراتها المالية والتنافسيةThe study aims to determine the impact of Basel 3 decisions on the capital adequacy of both conventional and islamic banks for the countries of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Malaysia. During the period 2010-2021, using the descriptive analysis approach. The study concluded that there is an important effect of new Basel decisions on capital adequacy’ rates of banks, and espicially for islamic banks. The applied study also proved that the improvement of the quality banks’ capital due to Basel 3 decisions led to an improvement in their financial performance and the enhancement of their financial and competitive capabilities.
