Résumé: اثبت منظمات المجتمع المدني قدرتها و فاعليتها في مواجهة العديد من الازمات والكوارث منذ نشأتها ،تغيرت مسيرة الاتصال والتواصل فيها حسب كل مرحلة بداية من الاتصال الشخصي الى الاتصال الجماهيري ثم الاتصال الرقمي ، وبظهور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أعطت بعد اخر لمعنى التفاعل المنظم كأليات التنسيق الاتصالي و بناء التحالفات الشبكية في احتواء المستجدات من الأزمات والأحداث الطارئة. من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية ، نهدف الى تبيان ماهية التنسيق الاتصالي و بناء التحالفات الشبكية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني و مدى فعالتهما كألية للتنمية التطوعية المستدامة .
