المجتمع المدني الفرنسي في الجزائر - الجمعيات العلمية أنموذجا-

Résumé: تمثل هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة سوسيوتاريخية لظاهرة المجتمع المدني الفرنسي الناشط في الجزائر خلال فترة الاحتلال، مركزين في هذه الدراسة على الجمعيات ذات الطابع العلمي المنضوية تحت غطاء المجتمع المدني الفرنسي في الجزائر آنذاك؛ والتي رغم أن وظيفتها الظاهرة علمية؛ إلا أننا نعتقد أنه كانت لها وظائف سياسية واجتماعية وثقافية كامنة؛ كونها تجسد إحدى أهم آليات الاستعمار الفرنسي والمعول عليها في تحقيق المساعي الاستدمارية والاستيطانية، من خلال فهم أكثر وعن قرب؛ ثقافة وهوية وطريقة تفكير الفرد الجزائري، حتى يسهل توجيهه والسيطرة عليه. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج التاريخي بالتركيز على الجمعيات العلمية الفرنسية التي كانت كثيرة ومتنوعة لكنها تحت مسعى واضح ومحدد وموحد. This paper is a socio-historical study of the French civil community activating in Algeria during the occupation. This study focuses on the scientific-like associations under the umbrella of the French civil community in Algeria at that time, which explicit function is scientific, but we believe that they had implicit political, social and cultural function. They represent one the most significant mechanism of the French colonization, which it relies upon to meet the destructive and the colonizing objectives, through a close and a better understanding of the Algerian individual’s culture, identity and way of thinking, to ease their orientation and domination. To meet the objectives of this study, we have adopted the historical method focusing on the French scientific association, which were multiple and diverse but unified under one clear and determined objective.
