مكانة القائم بالإتصال في المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإتصال بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بصفة عامة وواقع القائم بالاتصال في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بصفة خاصة ، و التعرف على موقع و مكانة القائم بالاتصال في المؤسسة، باعتبار ان القائم بالاتصال هو احد العناصر المهمة في المؤسسة و يشكل أهمية كبيرة لها. فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة حالة ، كما اعتمدنا على الإستمارة و المقابلة لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوعنا و اعتمدنا على العينة القصدية. وتبين لنا بناءا على المعلومات التي توصلنا اليها من خلال الدراسة و التحليل ان القائم بالاتصال له مكانة و دور كبير في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. This study aims to identify the reality of communication in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in general and the reality of the communicator in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in particular, and to identify the location and status of the communicator in the organization, considering that the communicator is one of the important elements in the organization and is of great importance to it. We relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach. We also relied on the questionnaire and the interview to collect information related to our topic, and we relied on purposive sampling. Based on the information we obtained through study and analysis, it became clear to us that the communicator has a position and a major role in the Algeria Telecom Corporation
