Résumé: الملخص لتربية المائيات أهمية كبيرة في المجال الاقتصادي كأحد التحديات الرئيسية التي من شانها تكريس مبادئ التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي على المستوى الوطني. هذه الدراسة تعرضت إلى تحليل النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بكيفية إنشاء مؤسسة لتربية المائيات من خلال التركيز على نظام الامتياز الذي يسمح للمستثمرين من ممارسة هذا النشاط الذي ينبغي له مجموعة من الشروط يجب توفرها جاء بها المرسوم التنفيذي 04 –373 الذي يحدد شروط منح الامتياز لإنشاء مؤسسة لتربية المائيات وكيفيات ذاك، هذه الشروط التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري هدفها تقديم الضمانات الكافية للمستثمرين في هذا المجال من مساواة في التعامل مع المتنافسين وضمان حقوقهم والشفافية في اختيار أصحاب عقود الامتياز. Abstract Aquaculture is of great importance in the economic sphere as one of the main challenges in enshrining the principles of sustainable development and achieving food security at the national level. This study analysed the legal texts on how to establish an aquaculture institution by focusing on the system of excellence that allows investors to engage in this activity, which should have a set of conditions to be met under Executive Decree 04-373, which sets out the conditions for granting a concession to establish an aquaculture institution and how to do so. s rights and transparency in the selection of concessionaires.
