Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل العلاقة بين نمو تطور منتجات التأمين واعادة التامين في الحفاظ على السلامة المالية لشركات التأمين بالجزائر خلال الفترة (2000 – 2020 ) ، وباستخدام أسلوب التحليل الكمي للبيانات المتوفرة ومن خلال نموذج قياسي مقترح لتقدير العلاقة بين منتجات التأمين كمتغيرات مستقلة والملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين كمتغير تابع . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لكل من منتجات التأمين واعادة التأمين على السلامة المالية لشركات التأمين فنظام إعادة التأمين يسمح بتأمين للمخاطر التي لا تغطيها شركات التأمين وبتالي يجنبها العسر المالي ويسمح لها بتحقيق ملاءة مالية عالية الامر الذي يضمن لها السلامة المالية The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between the growth and development of insurance and reinsurance products in maintaining the financial soundness of insurance companies in Algeria during the period (2000-2020) with using the quantitative analysis method for the available data and through a proposed standard model to estimate the relationship between insurance products as independent variables and the solvency of insurance companies as a dependent variable. The study found a significant effect of both insurance and reinsurance products on the financial soundness of insurance companies as the reinsurance system allows insurance for risks that are not covered by insurance companies, thus avoiding financial hardship and allowing them to achieve high financial solvency, which ensures their financial safety.
