الإطار المؤسساتي، الاقتصاديات الريعية والنمو الاقتصادي: دراسة قياسية لأثر جودة المؤسسات على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر(1995-2017)

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية اختبار ونوعية المؤسسات في تفسير العلاقة بين نوعية المؤسسات ووفرة الموارد الطبيعية والنمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر بالاعتماد على منهج التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ خلال الفترة 1995-2017. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية في الأجل الطويل بين كل من وفرة الموارد الطبيعية و الأداء المؤسساتي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، لأن هذا الأخير مرتبط بتقلبات أسعار النفط حيث اعتبرت الموارد الطبيعية كعائق يحول دون بناء مؤسساتي فعال وخلق اقتصاد إنتاجي متنوع. Abstract: The aim of this paper is to measure the impact of institutional quality on the relationship between the quality of institutions, the abundance of natural resources and economic growth in Algeria, using Co-integration approach and error correction model during the period 1995-2017. The results of the study indicated a long-term negative relationship between the abundance of natural resources, institutional performance and economic growth in Algeria, which is fragile and linked to fluctuations in oil prices, where natural resources are considered as a barrier to institutional change and the creation of a diversified production economy.
