إسهامات الإمام أبو عبد الله المقري (المتوفى سنة 758ه) في خدمة الحضارة العربية الإسلامية

Résumé: تزخر الحضارة العربية الإسلامية بمجموعة من الأعلام الذين كان لهم الأثر البالغ في الحفاظ على التراث الإسلامي، ومن بين هؤلاء الأعلام أبو عبد الله المقري الذي كان يطلق عليه في زمانه قاضي الجماعة، وقد قربه منه السلطان أبو عنان المريني بعد أن استجلبه من تلمسان سنة 749ه ومارس القضاء بالعدل وعرف بنصرة الحق والوقوف ضد الباطل، وعليه فإن الإشكالية المطروحة هي: كيف ساهم هذا الإمام في خدمة الحضارة الإسلامية؟ وتندرج تحت هذا التساؤل العام تساؤلات فرعية هي: كيف كانت نشأة الإمام أبو عبد الله وطلبه للعلم؟ وهل كانت أوضاع الدولة وقتئذ مساعدة في تكوين شخصية الإمام؟ وما هي مخلفات الإمام التي جعلته ذو مكانة مميزة، خاصة في المذهب المالكي؟ من خلال هذا البحث توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في: أن الحركة العلمية والفكرية ومختلف الفنون كانت مزدهرة بشكل كبير في عصر الدولتين المرينية والزيانية التي عاصرهما الإمام المقري، رغم الصراعات السياسية والحروب من أجل الوصول للسطلة والحكم، بالإضافة إلى أن الإمام المقري قد ساهم بشكل كبير في خدمة العلم بصفة خاصة و الحضارة العربية الإسلامية بصفة عامة من خلال ما تقلده من مناصب ووظائف. The Islamic Arab civilization is rich with distinguished scholars who played a crucial role in preserving its heritage. Among these prominent figures is Abu Abdullah Al-Maqri, known in his time as Judge of the Community. Sultan Abu Anan Al-Marini held him in high regard after summoning him from Tlemcen in 749 AH. Imam Al-Maqri exercised judicial power with fairness, and was known for his strong commitment to truth, and his firm opposition to falsehood. Accordingly, this study explores this issue: How did Imam Al-Maqri contribute to Islamic civilization? This leads to several subsidiary inquiries: What was his early life like, and how did he seek knowledge? And did the political conditions of the time help his character formation? What were his inherited contributions that earned him a special place, particularly in the Malikite School of jurisprudence? Through this research, we came up with significant findings: that intellectual, scientific, and artistic movement thrived remarkably during the Merinid and Zayyanid dynasties Imam Al-Maqari lived through, despite political conflicts and wars to attain power and rule. Additionally, The Imam Al-Maqari has contributed greatly to the service of science in particular and the Arab-Islamic civilization in general, through the positions and jobs it holds.
