Résumé: Citizen journalism - ethics and rules of professional practice dialectic – Abstract Through this scientific research , we seek to clarify the nature of citizen journalism and identify the most important ethics and technical and professional regulations that controles it. Besides, we try to discuss the various research views ( trends) which delt with this type of innovative journalism by conducting a sort of drilling and scrunity knowledge to understand practices nature carried out in this style of incoming journalism . Also, how can we solve problems and glides that emerge from it through an analytical descriptive perspective.
