Résumé: الملخص: يعالج هذا المقال جزئية من جزئيات الجانب القانوني للثورة الجزائرية 1954- 1962، والمتمثلة في دور المحامين الفرنسيين في الدفاع عن المناضلين الجزائريين، حيث لعب هؤلاء المحامون دورا هاما في نصرة الجزائريين والدفاع عن حقوقهم. ولعل من أبرز هؤلاء المحامين نجد الأستاذ المحامي جاك فرجاس، هذا الفرنسي الذي وهب مهنته للدفاع عن المعتقلين الجزائريين داخل قاعات المحاكمة، ووهب وقته للدفاع عن المعتقلين والقضية الجزائرية خارج هذه القاعات أيضا. Abstract: This article deals with part of the legal aspect of the Algerian revolution 1954-1962, which is the role of French lawyers in defending the Algerian militants, as these lawyers played an important role in supporting the Algerian convicts and defending their rights. Perhaps one of the most prominent of these lawyers is the French lawyer, Jacques Fergas, who gave his profession to defend the Algerian detainees inside the courtrooms, and he gave his time to defend the detainees and the Algerian cause outside these halls as well.
