العقوبات الدولية الإنفردية خارج إطار الأمم المتحدة "الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أنموذجا"

Résumé: الملخص تتجه أغلب الدول الكبرى في العقدين الأخيرين إلى الاستعمال المكثف للعقوبات الانفرادية خارج إطار الأمم المتحدة ضد بعض الدول والهيئات ،بقصد ممارسة الضغوط عليها لإجبارها على تغيير سلوكها في مجال معين خدمة لمصالحها . وتعتبر الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من الدول الأكثر توظيفا لسلاح العقوبات كبديل عن التدخل العسكري المسلح خارج نطاق الأمم المتحدة، سيما بعد أن انفردت بالسيطرة على المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة، وتستهدف هذه العقوبات في.الغالب المجالات السياسية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . Summary In the last two decades, most major countries have been moving to use intensive unilateral sanctions outside the United Nations against some countries and bodies with a view to putting pressure on them to force them to change their behavior in a particular area. The United States of America is one of the countries most employed by the sanctions weapon as an alternative to armed military intervention outside the United Nations, especially after it has taken control of the international community and the United Nations, mostly targeting political, economic and social areas.
