Résumé: لقد فرضت التجارة الالكترونية تغيير التعامل في التوقيع من الورقي الى الإلكتروني، ظهر التوقيع الالكتروني كألية بديلة للتوقيع الكتابي، ليمارس في نطاق التبادل التجاري و الاقتصادي لكن بالرغم من التقدم التكنولوجي في هذا المجال ،التوقيع الالكتروني لم يسلم من الاختراقات الامنية والمخاطر التي سوف تؤثر على سلامة وسرية معاملتهم الالكترونية، هذا ما حفز المشرع الجزائري اعتماد حماية تقنية وقانونية له Electronic commerce has imposed a change in the dealings in signature from paper to electronic. The electronic signature appeared as an alternative mechanism for the written signature to be practiced in the scope of commercial and economic exchange, But despite the technological progress in this field, The electronic signature was not free of security breaches and risks that would affect the safety And the secrecy of their electronic transactions this is what motivated the Algerian legislator to adopt technical and legal protection for it.
