إمكانيات القطاع السياحي بولاية بسكرة الواقع والتحديات - دراسة تحليلية –

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهم الإمكانيات السياحية بولاية بسكرة والتعرف على واقع الاستثمار السياحي بالولاية، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك للإحاطة بمختلف جوانب الدراسة والحصول على البيانات والاحصائيات المتعلقة بالقطاع السياحي بالولاية، وقد خلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن ولاية بسكرة تمتلك إمكانيات وقدرات سياحية متنوعة كتنوع المؤهلات الطبيعية والثقافية والبيئية جعلت منها مقصدا للسواح من داخل وخارج الوطن، إلا أن هنالك من القيود ما يحول دون تفعيل وتطوير هذا القطاع بالولاية. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياحة، ولاية بسكرة، الإمكانيات السياحية، واقع الاستثمار السياحي بالولاية. Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the most important tourism potentials in the Biskra state and to identify the state's tourism investment, the descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted in order to briefing the various aspects of the study and obtain data and statistics related to the tourism sector in the state. The research results show that the wilaya of Biskra has various tourism potentials and capacities which correspond to the diversity of the natural, cultural and environmental qualifications; that’s what made of this state a destination for tourists from inside and outside of the country, however there are still a restrictions that prevent the activation and development of this .sector in the state .Keywords: Tourism, Biskra State, Tourism potential, the tourism investment
