مرض السكري وعلاقته بالمتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية

Résumé: يعد المرض السكري من الأمراض المزمنة الأكثر انتشارا في العالم، وتعد نسبة انتشاره مرتفعة في بلدنا الجزائر والخطورة تكمن في تزايد نسبة انتشاره، ومن أهم أسباب انتشاره المتزايد في وطننا الجزائر، ومنه مدينة تلمسان التقدم السريع والتحضر في جميع مجالات الحياة وما يصاحبها من تغير اجتماعي ذو أبعاد ثقافية. تؤثر زيادة المشاكل المتعلقة بالمتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية على المريض بالسكري في الوقت الحاضر. يمكن تجنب الإصابة بالمرض السكري ومضاعفاته بالوقاية من المتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية وذلك عن طريق تحسين المستوى الثقافي والوضع الاقتصادي وإتباع الحمية والقيام بتمارين رياضية مناسبة للمرض، وحسن رعاية من هم مصابون بهذا المرض المعروف بالسكري. فهدفنا في هذا المقال يتمثل في تسليط الضوء على المتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية وعلاقتها بالمرض السكري التي من شأنها تقلل من انتشار المرض. Relationship between diabetes and socio-cultural variables Abstract : Diabetes is a disease of the most prevalent chronic diseases in the world. One of the main reasons for the increasing prevalence of this disease in our homeland Algeria and from the city of Tlemcen and the rapid progress of urbanization in all spheres of life and associated with cultural dimensions of social change. However, beyond human control it can prevent social and cultural variables and by improving the cultural level of the economic situation and to follow the diet and do exercises suitable for the disease and good care of those who are infected with disease known diabetes. The main subjective of this article is to shed light on the social and cultural variables and their relationship to the disease of diabetes that will reduce the spread of the disease.
