الاهتمام الدولي بظاهرة التلوث البيئي وأثـره على حـقوق الإنسان البيئية

Résumé: التلوث البيئي هو صورة من صور الاعتداء على حق الإنسان في بيئة سليمة، وإن لم يكن الأخطر في وجود ما يسمى بالتدهور البيئي، إلا أن آثاره الخطيرة تدعو دون شك أن نهدف لدراسته وتحليله للوقوف على مفهومه وأنواعه المختلفة حسب الوسط البيئي الذي يحدث فيه، وانعكاساته السلبية على حق الإنسان في بيئة خالية من التلوث، وهذا مما أدى إلى تضافر الجهود الدولية بعقد مؤتمرات وإبرام اتفاقيات رامية لمواجهة أخطار التلوث حفاظا على بيئة الإنسان من العبث والتلف وهي التي خلقت ليحيا فيها ويمارس أنشطته وهواياته ويتناسل لتستمر الحياة، ويتوالى تتابع الأجيال وراء الأجيال. Abstract: Environmental pollution is a form of human right violation in a healthy environment, even it's not the most dangerous in the existence of so-called environmental degradation, but its serious effects undoubtedly call for study and analysis it to determine its concept and different types according to the environemental milieu in which it occurs, and to identify its negative effects on the human right in a pollution-free environment, which led to concerted international efforts to hold conferences and conclude conventions to address the dangers of pollution in order to preserve the human environment from tampering and damage, which Created to human to live in it, to carry out his activities and hobbies and to reproduce to continue his life, and to follow the generations after generations.
