تقييم المخططات الخماسية للتنمية في الجزائر 2001-2014

Résumé: رغم تخلي الجزائر عن النهج الاشتراكي في نهاية الثمانينيات إلا أنها عادت من جديد العمل بالمخططات الخماسية كوسيلة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية منذ سنة 2001 بدأ بمخطط الإنعاش الاقتصادي 2001-2004، إضافة إلى المخطط التكميلي لدعم النمو 2005- 2009 والمخطط الخماسي 2010- 2014، كديناميكية متواصلة مبنية على زيادة الإنفاق العمومي لتحريك عجلة التنمية وفي إطار إيديولوجي جديد مبنى على الاقتصاد الحر، ومنه سنحاول تقييم هذه المخططات الخماسية لتنمية من خلال معرفة مضمونها وأهدافها وأثرها على الاقتصاد الجزائري.
