الصعوبات التي يواجهها مستشار التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي للوسط المدرسي –

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الصعوبات التي يواجهها مستشار ي التوجيه واإلرشاد المهني، أثناء أداء عملهم، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 06 مستشارا تربويا في مركز التوجيه واإلرشاد المهني بوالية مستغانم من الجنسين، ومن أجل ذلك تم االعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستمارة مكونة من 32 بندا من تصميم الباحثة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج التالية : _ توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى )6060 )لدى مستشار التوجيه واإلرشاد المدرسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. _ال توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى )6060 )لدى مستشار واإلرشاد المدرسي في الصعوبات المتعلقة بنقص إدراك الخدمة اإلرشادية من طرف اإلدارة. _ توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى )6060 )لدى مستشار التوجيه واإلرشاد المدرسي في الصعوبات المتعلقة بنقص وسائل العمل. Study summary: The aim of the study is to identify the difficulties faced by the school and vocational guidance counselor during the performance of his work , and for that, and then rely on the ح descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the parts of the phenomenon : _ there are statistically significant differences in the counseling process for the school guidance counselor due to the gender variable. -there is no statistically significant relationship at the (0,01) level for the school guidance and counseling related to the lack of means of work . _there is a statistically significant relationship at the (0,01)level for the school guidance counselor in the difficulties related to the lack of awareness of the value of the counseling service on the [art of the school counselor .
