"التنبؤ بالمبيعات باستخدام نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي ""دراسة حالة لمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالوادي"""" "
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة في محاولة تطبيق نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي بأسلوب سلاسل الزمنية من خلال خوارزمية الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية في التنبؤ بالمبيعات في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز "سونلغاز" بالوادي /الجزائر، وقد اجريت هذه الدراسة على بيانات الشهرية لمبيعات الكهرباء بKWh خلال فترة الزمنية من جانفي 2010الى ديسمبر 2020،حيث تم بناء نموذج الشبكات العصبية بإستخدام الشبكة العصبية المتكررة ذات الذاكرة طويلة قصيرة المدى LSTM وتدريبها. وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان نموذج LSTM له قدرة جيدة في التنبؤ بمبيعات الكهرباء وقد اعطى تنبؤات قريبة من الواقع. This study aims to apply artificial intelligence models using time series techniques through the artificial neural networks algorithm to predict sales at the electricity and gas distribution company "Sonelgaz" in El Oued, Algeria. The study was conducted on monthly electricity sales data in( KWh) from (January 2010 to December 2020). A neural network model was built using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) recurrent neural network and trained accordingly. The study's results showed that the LSTM model has a good capability in predicting electricity sales and provided forecasts that are close to reality.
