درجة توافر الإبداع الإداري للعاملين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم (دراسة تطبيقية على مراكز التربية الخاصة بالسودان)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة درجة توافر الإبداع الإداري للعاملين بمراكز التربية بولاية الخرطوم، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الإبداع الإداري تبعاً لمتغير النوع وسنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية وبلغ حجمها (604) من الاختصاصيين العاملين بمراكز التربية الخاصة، ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق مقياس الإبداع الإداري من إعداد الباحث بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، ولتحليل بيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وتم استخدام الأساليب التالية: اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة، اختبار (ت) للعينتين، اختبار كروسكال واليس، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: يتسم الإبداع الإداري للعاملين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية الخرطوم بالانخفاض، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الإبداع الإداري للعاملين تبعاً لمتغير النوع وسنوات الخبرة. This study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of administration creativity among workers at special education centers in Khartoum State, and to investigate whether was significant statistical difference in administration creativity among workers owing to gender variable and experience years as well. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method , and a purposive sample consisted of (604) respondents were selected. For data collection, a scale prepared by researcher for measuring administration creativity was accordingly administered, after checked for both validity and reliability. To analyze the collected data, statistical package for social science (SPSS) was employed, and the following statistical tests were selected: one-sample t-test, two-sample t-test, and Kruskal Wallis test. The results revealed that administration creativity among workers at special education centers was remarkably low, and no significant statistical difference found in administration creativity among workers attributed to gender and experience variables.
