مقومات الشمول المالي وسبل نجاحه بالجزائر

Résumé: ازداد في السنوات الأخيرة الاهتمام بمفهوم الشمول المالي خصوصا بالدول العربية، لما له من فوائد كمكافحة الفقر، تعزيز استقرار النظام المالي، ورفع وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي. يهدف البحث إلى استخلاص آليات دعم الشمول المالي في الجزائر والتي تعمل على زيادة عدد المستفيدين من الخدمات المالية إلى أكبر حد ممكن، وترمي إلى تحقيق الغاية المثلى للشمول المالي والتي تتمثل في الاستغناء عن الدفع النقدي وتحويله إلى الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال استعمال بطاقات الصرف الآلية، بطاقات الصرف البنكية وشبابيك الصرف الآلية، وأيضا استغلال الخدمات المالية في تسهيل الخدمات المتاحة للمؤسسات المالية من ادخار، ائتمان، فتح حساب وغيرها. Abstract: In recent years, interest in the concept of financial inclusion has increased especially in Arab countries, because of its benefits such as combating poverty, enhancing the stability of the financial system, and raising the pace of economic growth. our research aims to extract mechanisms of supporting financial inclusion in Algeria, which works to increase the number of beneficiaries of financial services to the greatest extent possible, it also aims to achieve the optimal goal of financial inclusion, which is to dispense with cash payment and convert it to electronic payment through the use of automated teller cards, bank exchange cards and automated teller windows, as well as using financial services to facilitate the services available to financial institutions such as savings, credit, opening an account and others.
