آثار مساهمات الصناعة الغذائية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي من منظور إسلامي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة عرض الجذور التاريخية والملامح الأساسية لمكانة قطاع الصناعة الغذائية في برامج التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر و الكشف عن مساهماته في تحقيق مستويات الأمن الغذائي خلال الفترة 1989-2018 من خلال تقدير وتحليل معادلات الاتجاه الزمني لمتغيرات الدراسة المختارة ذات العلاقة بالمنظور الإسلامي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود معدلات تغير معنوية لصالح أثر المساهمة الإيجابي في مؤشرات أداء قطاع الصناعة الغذائية وعلاقته بمستويات الأمن الغذائي وأيضا استمرارية تواجد تبعية غذائية للسوق الدولية للغذاء ، كما كشفت الدراسة عن تحسن قليل في مستوى الأمن الغذائي سجل على صعيد الاقتصاد الكلي في العشر سنوات الأخيرة 2009-2018 من فترة الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to present the historical roots and basic features of the position of the food industry sector in the economic development programs in Algeria and to reveal its contributions to achievingleve levels of food security during the period 1989-2018 by estimating and analyzing the time trend equations of the selected study variables related to the Islamic perspective. The study concluded that there are significant rates of change in favor of the impact of the positive contribution to the performance indicators of the food industry sector and its relationship to food security levels, as well as the continuity of food dependency on the international food market. The study also revealed a slight improvement in the level of food security recorded at the macroeconomic level in the last ten years 2009-2018 of the study period.
