الجرائم الأخلاقية للمرأة في المجتمع الجزائري الأسباب والآثار

Résumé: تعتبر الجرائم الأخلاقية للمرأة وخاصة الخيانة الزوجية والبغاء من الجرائم الخطيرة والحساسة، وذلك بسبب مخالفتها لتعاليم الدين والمعايير الاجتماعية السائدة في المجتمع، وما ينشأ عنها من مشكلات اجتماعية قد تهدد استقرار المجتمع، فالضرر لن يكون على المرأة فقط وإنما يلحق الأسرة والمجتمع، وقد انتشرت الجرائم الأخلاقية للمرأة في الآونة الأخيرة بشكل واضح، ويرجع ذلك إلى جملة من الأسباب والعوامل التي تتظافر فيما بينها لتدفع المرأة إلى ارتكاب مثل هذه الجرائم. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأسباب والعوامل التي تكمن وراء الجرائم الأخلاقية للمرأة- خاصة الخيانة الزوجية والبغاء-، ومعرفة آثارها على المستوى الفردي والمجتمعي، لنتمكن من معرفة طرق الوقاية والعلاج. Moral crimes committed by women, especially adultery and prostitution, are considered serious and sensitive due to their violation of religious teachings and prevailing social norms in society, and the social problems that may arise and threaten societal stability. The harm extends not only to women but also affects the family and society. Recently, moral crimes committed by women have notably increased, which can be attributed to a combination of factors and reasons driving women to commit such acts. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the causes and factors behind women's moral crimes—especially adultery and prostitution—and understand their effects on both individual and societal levels, to identify methods of prevention and treatment.
