واقع رقمنة القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر: الآليات والسبل

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور رقمنة القطاع الفلاحي في رفع كفاءة هذا القطاع الحيوي والذي تعول عليه الدولة الجزائرية كوسيلة لتحقيق الإكتفاء الذاتي و كبديل لقطاع المحروقات من ناحية توفير العملة الصعبة . وقد حاولنا في هذه المداخلة توضيح أهمية قطاع الفلاحة في الجزائر وكذا الجهود المبذولة لرقمنته مع ابراز تجربة المؤسسات الناشئة الزراعية في الجزائر. الكلمات مفتاحية: القطاع الفلاحي، الرقمنة، المؤسسات الناشئة الفلاحية Abstract: This paper aims to shed light on the role of digitizing the agricultural sector in raising the efficiency of this vital sector, which Algeria relies on as a means to achieve self-sufficiency and as an alternative to the hydrocarbon sector in terms of providing hard currency. In this intervention, we have tried to clarify the importance of the agricultural sector in Algeria, as well as the efforts made to digitize it, while highlighting the experience of agricultural startups in Algeria.
