واقع الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر في ظل انخفاض اسعار النفط (فرص وتحديات)

Résumé: الملخص: الجزائر بلد يعتمد في صادراته على قطاع واحد وهو قطاع المحروقات،،ولا تزال القطاعات الأخرى لا تساهم في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للبلاد إلا بنسب قليلة،ومع تدهور أسعار النفط في منتصف سنة 2014 ظهرت الحاجة ملحة إلى تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري من اجل مواجهة الانخفاض الحاد في أسعار النفط،ومن بين الخيارات المتاحة نجد القطاع الزراعي والذي تملك فيه الجزائر إمكانيات هائلة، ولذا فقد حاولت من خلال هاته الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على تأثير انخفاض أسعار النفط على الصادرات الجزائرية،ومعرفة واقع الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر وترقيتها من اجل المساهمة أكثر في التجارة الخارجية، إضافة للتعرض إلى الفرص التي تحوزها الجزائر في هذا القطاع وكذا معرفة أهم التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر. Abstract: Algeria is a country whose exports depend mainly on one sector, hydrocarbons, while others only contribute a small share of the country's GDP. By 2014, oil prices have been falling sharply, prompting serious thought to diversify the Algerian economy to reduce the risk of oil price volatility. The agricultural sector is among the best available alternatives, especially given the enormous potential of Algeria. Our study attempted to highlight the impact of low oil prices on Algerian exports, as well as the export of cultural exports, and how it could contribute to the effective contribution to foreign trade. In addition, we discussed the opportunities that Algeria enjoys in this sector as well as the most important challenges it faces.
