دور إدارة المخاطر للحد من أثر الخطر المصرفي على العائد الاستثماري

Résumé: الملخص: إن الصناعة المصرفية تعد من أكثر الصناعات تعرضا للمخاطر لاسيما في عالمنا المعاصر، حيث تعاظمت هذه المخاطر وتغيرت طبيعتها في ظل تطورات التحرير المالي ومستحدثات العمل المصرفي وتنامي استخدام أدوات مالية جديدة ساعد على خلقها التقدم التكنولوجي الهائل في الصناعة المصرفية، ومن هنا فقد اكتسب موضوع إدارة المخاطر أهمية متزايدة لدى البنوك، كما أدرجته لجنة بازل كأحد المحاور الهامة لتحديد الملاءة المصرفية. ومن منطلق أهمية هذه الخطوة، فقد رأينا إلقاء الضوء على موضوع إدارة المخاطر من خلال عرض للأنواع المختلفة للمخاطر التي تواجه العمل المصرفي، ثم نستعرض الدور الأساسي لإدارة المخاطر وأهميته بالنسبة للبنوك، وختاماً نقوم بطرح المبادئ الأساسية لإدارة المخاطر والتي تنطوي على الإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها من قبل البنوك لتفعيل سياساتها الجديدة في إدارة المخاطر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخطر المصرفي؛ العائد الاستثماري؛ إدارة المخاطر Abstract: The banking industry is one of the industries most exposed to risks, especially in our contemporary world, where these risks have increased and changed their nature in light of developments in financial liberalization, innovations in banking and the growing use of new financial tools helped to create the tremendous technological progress in the banking industry, hence the topic of risk management An increasing importance for banks, as the Basel Committee listed it as one of the important axes for determining bank solvency. In terms of the importance of this step, we have seen shedding light on the issue of risk management through a presentation of the different types of risks facing the banking business, then we review the basic role of risk management and its importance for banks, and in conclusion we present the basic principles of risk management, which include the measures to be taken by Banks to activate their new risk management policies Key words: Banking risk; Return on investment; Risk Management
