أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين دراسة حالة الحافلة الذكية "smart Bus"
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال على جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين للحافلة الذكية (Smart Bus) وتحديد أي من أبعاد التكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال الأكثر تأثيرا على جودة خدمات النقل البري التابعة لشركة نقل المسافرين للوسط (TVCE)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة مكونة من 70 زبون على مستوى الحافلة الذكية، وزبائن الحافلة بمحطتي ولاية غرداية والأغواط للنقل البري للمسافرين، وتم استرجاع 63 استبانة قابلة للمعالجة باستخدام برنامج ( spss20 ) إظافة إلى إستخدامنا للمقابلة مع المسؤول المصلحة التقنية وكذا الملاحظة الميدانية على مستوى الحافلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع لكل من التكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال و جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين، اما البعد الأكثر تأثيرا تمثل في الانترنت WIFI ، وهناك اثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين التكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال على جودة خدمات النقل البري للمسافرين على مستوى الحافلة الذكية.This study aims at identifying the impact of information technology and communication on the quality of passenger transport services and clarifying the relationship between them and determining any of the dimensions of information technology and communication more influential on the quality of the transport services of the Smart Bus by the TVC To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the student community consisting of 70 customers at the level of the smart bus, and the customers of the bus in Ghardaia and El-Aghawat for passenger land transport. Sixty-three questionnaires were retrieved using the spss20 program. As well as field observation at the base level. The study found that there is a high level of information technology, communication and the quality of road transport services for travelers. There is a statistically significant impact between information technology and communication on the quality of passenger transport services,The most influential dimension is WIFI, and there is a statistically significant impact between information technology and communication on the quality of passenger transport services on the level of the smart bus.
