Résumé: In this paper, we have conducted a study entitled structure of personality in the novel of « widow and the martyr »by azouz chidekh, the paper was written as follows: an introduction and chapter one entitled «the structure of personality in the novel » related to theoretical side of the study, Explaining different concepts from tructuralism to personality its types and dimensions. The second chapter entitled « manifestations of the character in the novel of the widow and the martyr », By highlighting the significance of the characters of the novel in terms of types and dimensions, In the conclusion we mentioned the most important achieved results
