تقدير تاثير المستخلص الايثانولي والمائي لحبوب الرمان الحلو والحامض علي بعض انواع المضاد للبكتيريا
Résumé: تمت دراسة الفاعلية البيولوجية لمستخلصات حبوب الرمان Punica granatum.Lبنوعيه الحامض و الحلو والمتمثلة في د ارسة مواد الأيض الثانوي والفعالية المضادة للأكسدة وكذا الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا، وذلك من خلال المقارنة بين المستخلصات )ايثانول- ماء- مزيج (ايثانول+ماء)(. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن حبوب الرمان غنية بمواد الأيض الثانوي والمتمثلة في عديدات الفينول والفلافونيدات وتم كذلك تحديدا الفاعلية المضادة للأكسدة للمستخلصات السابقة باستخدام DPPHو TACحيث كانت اقوى قيمة في المستخلص المزيج للرمان الحامض بالنسبة لــ DPPHالمقدرة ب 0.0601 g/lوالمستخلص المائي بالنسبة لـ TACوالمقدرة بـــ 512 mg/g أما عن الفعالية التثبيطية للبكتيريا، فوجدنا السلالات البكتيرية كانت حساسة لمختلف المستخلصات حيث المستخلص الأكثر فعالية ضد البكتيريا كان المستخلص الإيثانولي لحبوب الرمان الحامض و كان قطر التثبيط 19mmعند البكتيريا ،S. aureusو يمكن ملاحظة أن حبوب الرمان الحامض اكثر فعالية ضد البكتيريا من حبوب الرمان الحلوThe study of secondary metabolites and antioxidant efficacy as well as anti-bacterial efficacy by comparing the extracts (ethanol-water-mixture (ethanol + water)). of Punica granatum .L seeds both sweet and sour variants. In this study we found that pomegranate seeds are rich in secondary metabolites of polyphenols and flavonoids. In addition, the antioxidant efficacy of the previous extracts has been determined using DPPH and TAC. The highest value in the extract was the sour pomegranate for DPPH, 0.0601 g/l, and water extracts for TAC and estimated at 512 mg / g As for the effectiveness of the extracts in terms of their ability to inhibit bacteria, we found that bacterial strains were sensitive to the various extracts. However, the ethanol extract was the most effective when used against the bacteria S. aureus with a damping diameter of 19mm. We may conclude that sour pomegranate seeds are more effective against bacteria then sweet pomegranate seeds.
