دور الاقتصاد التضامني في مواجهة اللامساواة الاجتماعية: من أجل مقاربة مجالية للتنمية المستدامة

Résumé: بعد الأزمة الاقتصادية لعام 2008 تزايد الاهتمام بالاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني والتي أظهرت العديد من الاختلالات في الاقتصاد الرأسمالي وعدم استقراره البنيوي، مما دفع بالعديد من المختصين والخبراء الاقتصاديين إلى الدعوة لضرورة الموازنة بين تدخل كل من القطاع الخاص والعام في التنمية وحماية الفئات الهشة. فيساهم الاقتصاد التضامني في خلق فرص وتمكين وإدماج الفئات المهمشة. فالاقتصاد الاجتماعي هو مرحلة جديدة متطورة بعد الاقتصاد الرأسمالي، فهو يعزز المبادئ والقيم التي تركز على حاجات الناس، ويسعى في جو من المشاركة الطوعية والمساعدة الذاتية إلى تحقيق توازن اقتصادي وعدالة اجتماعية قائمة على التشاركية وتحمل المسؤولية المواطنية الهادفة إلى تثبيت التنمية المستدامة وخلق الثروة وتوزيعها بشكل عادل. Abstract: After the economic crisis of 2008, the interest in the social and solidarity economy increased, which showed many imbalances in the capitalist economy and its structural instability, which prompted many specialists and economic experts to call for the necessity of balancing the intervention of both the private and public sector in development and the protection of vulnerable groups. A solidarity economy contributes to creating opportunities, empowering and integrating marginalized groups. We can say that the social economy is a new and developed stage that comes after the capitalist economy, it promotes principles and values that focus on the needs of people and seeks in an atmosphere of voluntary participation and self-help to achieve an economic balance and social justice based on participatory and shoulder the national responsibility aimed at stabilizing sustainable development and creating and distributing wealth Fair and equitable
