تقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك التقليديةوالإسلاميةدراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري وبنكالسلام الجزائر
Résumé: تهدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك التقليدية والإسلامية في الجزائر، تمثلت عينة الدراسة في بنكين بنك تقليدي" البنك الوطني الجزائري" وبنك إسلامي "بنك السلام الجزائر" باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على مجموعة من النسب المالية المستخرجة من القوائم المالية للبنكين تندرج تحت مؤشرات الربحية، السيولة، والملاءة المالية وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين (2012-2016)توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: بنك السلام الإسلامي يتمتع بسيولة عالية وهو أكثر ربحية من البنك الوطني الجزائري التقليدي في حين أظهرت مؤشرات النشاط أن البنك الوطني الجزائري أكثر نشاطا من بنك السلام.The objective of this study was to assess the financial performance of traditional and Islamic banks in Algeria. The study sample consisted of two traditional banks, the National Bank of Algeria and the Islamic Bank of Algeria, Based on a set of financial ratios derived from the financial statements of the two banks, which are included in the profitability and liquidity, activity and solvency indices during the period 2012-2016, .The study found a number of results: Al Salam Bank Islamic Bank enjoys high liquidity and is more profitable than the traditional Algerian National Bank. Activity indicators showed that the Algerian National Bank is more active than Al Salam Bank.
