Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط الثقة بالنفس والتفاؤل غير الواقعي بالدافعية للانجاز لدى طلبة جامعات (بسكرة، الوادي، ورقلة)، اختيرت عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وشملت 438 طالب وطالبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا ثلاث مقاييس صمموا لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss في تحليل البيانات، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: 1- مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى طلبة جامعات (بسكرة، الوادي، ورقلة) عال. 2- مستوى التفاؤل غير الواقعي لدى طلبة جامعات (بسكرة، الوادي، ورقلة) متوسط. 3- مستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى طلبة جامعات (بسكرة، الوادي، ورقلة) عال. 4- توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الثقة بالنفس والتفاؤل غير الواقعي والدافعية للانجاز لدى طلبة جامعات (بسكرة، الوادي، ورقلة) .الكلمات المفتاحية: ثقة بالنفس؛ تفاؤل غير واقعي؛ دافعية للإنجاز. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between self-confidence and unrealistic optimism with the motivation of accomplishment for the students of Biskra, El oude,and Ouargla universities. The study sample was selected randomly , and it involved 438 male and female students.In order to achieve the study objectives we used the descriptive approach, and we used three scales which were designed to measure the variables of the study, beside we relied on statistical package of the social sciences spss in data analysis. The study has reached the following results: . 1- The students at Biskra, El oued , Ouargla universities have an average self-confidence high. . 2- The students at Biskra, El oued , Ouargla universities have an average unrealistic optimism level. . 3- The students at Biskra, El oued , Ouargla universities have an average motivation of accomplishment high. 4- There is a positive correlation between self-confidence and unrealistic optimism and motivation accomplishment for the students of Biskra, El oued, Ouargla universities.
